Water Testing Inside New York City Buildings
New York City draws from upstate watersheds and delivers water that is notably soft and low in dissolved minerals. That characteristic is widely regarded as a virtue for taste. A walkthrough establishes the actual configuration, sampling points are selected to separate unit, riser and building level conditions, and access is coordinated across units in advance.
Samples are handled under documented chain of custody with holding times observed for each analysis, and field conditions are recorded at every point.
Understanding Your Building Report
Our reporting identifies each sampling point and its position in the building, the analytical method, the reporting limit and the measured value.
Where roof tank supplied floors and directly supplied floors are both in scope, findings are reported so the distinction remains visible.
